Our team is led by Monika Mirtchanov, who is a Tax Advisor - focused on personal income tax, social security, immigration, She is also supports the HR function for our Global Mobility division.

Annual Tax Return Services

Welcome

At the “welcome” part of the process we send to the employees the “Welcoming letter” informing them about the tax rules, compliance required and the time schedule.

Since the deadline for submitting the Polish annual tax return for the given year falls on 30^th April of the next year, we usually start the process end of January / beginning of February in order to make sure the employees have enough time to collect the information needed.

Along with the “Welcoming letter” employees receive the tax questionnaire where they can put all information necessary for the preparation of their tax return.

Annual tax return

Having the input from the employee’s side we start the second part of the process including:

1. checking of the data and gathering any missing data required for ATR
2. preparing of ATR calculations
3. preparing the necessary, obligatory tax forms – PIT-36 (with attachments)
4. preparing the up-dates of applications for tax identification number
5. passing to the employees their ATR in order to verification of included in ATR data
6. submitting employees' ATR to the relevant Tax Offices
7. preparing of the instruction for tax payment
8. preparing of a single change in ATR on employee’s request
9. verification of the current tax status (along with the information about changes in legislation in this area), indicating the recommendations based on the current tax regulations
10. consultation with taxpayers - 1 hour per person in form of individual meetings or phone call
11. preparing of the explanations for tax authorities and representation of taxpayers in all explanation investigations carried out by the tax authorities accordingly to the request, till the official initiation of tax proceeding by the Tax Office.
12. provide the proxy services to the employees.
