She has a strong background in accounting and finance and holds a Master's degree from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. Throughout her career, she has developed a range of skills that have enabled her to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients. She is skilled in Payroll, Human Resources, and Team Management, which allows her to understand the complexities of a business from multiple angles.
For the past 3 years, Andreea is our Managing Partner. This role has allowed her to lead a team of experts and to take on a strategic role in the business. She is responsible for the overall performance of the company and has been working to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. Her experience in tax consultancy and team management has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face, and she has been able to help many of their clients to overcome them.
